Congratulations on booking your accommodation with 21 Realty Management!
We want to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for your stay. Please carefully review the following terms and conditions, and feel free to contact us if you have any questions.
Appointment Scheduling:
a. To initiate the check-in process, please make an appointment with our Admin Office via WhatsApp.
b. Appointments should be scheduled one day before your intended date of entry.
Tenancy Agreement:
a. The tenancy agreement must be signed before keys are released to you.
b. A copy of the tenancy agreement will be provided for your records.
Key Collection:
a. Keys to your apartment can be collected starting from the first working day of your tenancy agreement.
b. If your tenancy agreement commences on a weekend or holiday, key collection will be available on the next working day.
c. Upon picking up keys from the service point, a valid picture ID is required.
d. If you are unable to collect keys in person, you may authorize someone else. Please inform us through the Tenant’s Page, providing the authorized person’s name and birth date/personal identity code.
Access Card:
a. You will receive one access card for secure entry.
Check-in and Check-out Dates:
a. Check-in date starts from the indicative move-in date. Early check-ins may be accommodated based on availability and prior arrangement.
b. Check-out time is on the indicative move-out date. Late check-outs may incur additional charges.
Security Deposit:
a. Please familiarize yourself with the house rules provided in the tenant handbook.
b. Failure to adhere to house rules may result in penalties or eviction.
Maintenance and Repairs:
a. Report any maintenance issues or needed repairs promptly to our Maintenance Department.
b. Tenant responsibility for damages will be outlined in the tenancy agreement.
