However, you may request for refund in any exceptional situation, by informing Us the clear statement of why the refund is needed. You may inform us of the statement by emailing us a formal letter at info.asramapelajar@gmail.com.<\/p><p>REFUND AFTER END-OF-ACCOMMODATION-TERM<\/p><p>Once the accommodation term has been completed, you may return both the house keys and smart key to the management office.
