We want to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for your stay. Please carefully review the following terms and conditions, and feel free to contact us if you have any questions.<\/p>
a. To initiate the check-in process, please make an appointment with our Admin Office via WhatsApp.<\/p>
b. Appointments should be scheduled one day before your intended date of entry.<\/p>
a. The tenancy agreement must be signed before keys are released to you.<\/p>
b. A copy of the tenancy agreement will be provided for your records.<\/p>
a. Keys to your apartment can be collected starting from the first working day of your tenancy agreement.<\/p>
b. If your tenancy agreement commences on a weekend or holiday, key collection will be available on the next working day.<\/p>
c. Upon picking up keys from the service point, a valid picture ID is required.<\/p>
d. If you are unable to collect keys in person, you may authorize someone else. Please inform us through the Tenant\u2019s Page, providing the authorized person’s name and birth date\/personal identity code.<\/p>
a. You will receive one access card for secure entry.<\/p>
a. Check-in date starts from the indicative move-in date. Early check-ins may be accommodated based on availability and prior arrangement.<\/p>
b. Check-out time is on the indicative move-out date. Late check-outs may incur additional charges.<\/p>
a. Please familiarize yourself with the house rules provided in the tenant handbook.<\/p>
b. Failure to adhere to house rules may result in penalties or eviction.<\/p>
a. Report any maintenance issues or needed repairs promptly to our Maintenance Department.<\/p>
b. Tenant responsibility for damages will be outlined in the tenancy agreement.<\/p>
